Growing up, "whiteness" was mostly invisible to me. I knew that I was white, that others were not, but I mostly didn't think about race. And if I'm honest, when I did think about it, it made me really uncomfortable. I quickly retreated to "colorblindness" (choosing not to see race, and pretending race had no impact on how I treated people). Two services June 7, 2020in the South Elkhorn Christian Church parking lot at 9:30 AM & 10:30 AM. Services will be brief (~20 minutes) and center on communion. Bring your own communion from home. Be sure to use the restroom before you arrive as there will be no building (or bathroom) access.

Healthy at Church Task Force recommended extending the general church closure through June 16th. That means no church or community groups or office visitors are to enter the church building.
