The Care Team
The Care Team plans, connects, and communicates care matters through a variety of teams, groups, and gatherings. The team coordinates expressions of love and care across the life and ministries of the church, including visitation, meal support, and cards.
If you would like to get involved in a care ministry, share a care concern, or make a prayer request, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org
