Ministry Areas

At South Elkhorn Christian Church, ministry is the shared work of the entire congregation. Guided by our mission, our ministries provide opportunities to worship, grow in faith, care for one another, serve our community, and share Christ’s love with the world. As new needs arise and members respond to God’s call, new ministry teams are formed to support the life and mission of the church.

Our ministry areas include:

• Worship – Creating meaningful worship experiences that draw us closer to God.
• Witness – Sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through hospitality, invitation, and outreach.
• Care – Nurturing and supporting one another through every season of life.
• Service – Serving our congregation, community, and the world through acts of compassion and justice.
• Discipleship – Growing together as followers of Christ through learning, fellowship, and spiritual formation.
• Building & Grounds – Caring for our church campus as a welcoming and faithful place for worship, ministry, and community.
